3. Elite Apartment Selection Service
3.1 Description
We match clients with premium residential options based on specified criteria and coordinate property viewings.
3.2 Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed within 48 hours of payment. Scheduling depends on availability of property managers.
3.3 Cancellation and Transfer
Clients may cancel or transfer a confirmed appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. To initiate a transfer, submit a request via our contact page.
3.4 Refund Policy
If no viewing has taken place, clients may request a refund within 14 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days through the original payment channel.
Once a viewing has occurred, the Service fee is non-refundable due to services rendered in preparing and coordinating the appointment.
4. Informational Products
4.1 Delivery
Digital guides and reports are made available via email or download link immediately after purchase.
4.2 Refund Policy
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days through the original payment channel.
After download or access, Info Products are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.
5. Physical Goods
5.1 Shipping
Goods are dispatched within 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.
5.2 Refunds and Replacements
If Goods arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days for repair, replacement, or full refund. We cover shipping costs for approved claims.
For other refund requests, clients may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Products must remain in original condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs to send items back.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase or scheduling. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through secure gateways.
